My Packing…

Overexcited while getting ready for my two weeks’ break, I leave you this post about my hand luggage must-haves.

I am going to stay at my mum’s to spend some quality time with her (I just can’t wait!). Sweetheart the poor thing, has to stay here to work.

Travel Documents: My red passport with its white cross, Visa card (though I prefer use currency, I always carry cash) and, of course, my precious Samsung Galaxy smartphone...to stay in touch.

Mum has been checking the weather and it looks like the sun will welcome me! I will be taking comfy and warm clothes only: two pairs of jeans and four pullovers, good for both day and evening wear.

I think it is very important to have comfortable footwear for exploring during the day, so I will be wearing ballerinas and my Converse sneakers.

Let’s not forget my old travelling companion - my Vuitton holdall. It is a very capacious bag with plenty of room for all my other bits and pieces.  I will also take my sweet baby bag from Imperio Clandistino, perfect for my holiday strolls.

Toiletries and makeup: I'm minimalist, so there will be only my day/night moisturising cream, facial wash gel, dental floss (never without it), toothbrush, Cocooning goat’s milk soap (excellent for sensitive skin), body moisturiser, deodorant stick, shampoo and that's it.

Gifts: a couple of gifts for my mum to put under her Christmas tree…a perfume, a beautiful bag and chocolates (mum is chocolate addict).

Last but not least: a good book! I am now half way through my book which I'm really enjoying…back to essentials!

I hope you all have a fantastic week and do not forget to send me your thoughts.

Lots of love!

  1. Comfy footwear is always at the top of my list. I usually start my packing with shoes and then the rest follows. :-)
